And still, you don't know how to help them! I get it. I was overwhelmed, exhausted and felt very alone when faced with my daughter's diagnosis. I didn't know how to parent a neurodivergent child, but I knew what didn't work. So I dove in, learned everything I could, took classes and found a better way. So let me support you through it, give you practical tips and science-backed strategies that work. Talk with other parents in the same boat.
