​Parenting a child (of any age) who has ADHD and Anxiety can be overwhelming and take everything out of you. You've tried cajoling, helping, being nice, being angry--you've tried everything! And still, you don't know how to help them! I get it. I was overwhelmed, exhausted and felt very alone when faced with my daughter's diagnosis. I didn't know how to parent a neurodivergent child, but I knew what didn't work. So I dove in, learned everything I could, took classes and found a better way. So let me support you through it, give you practical tips and science-backed strategies that work. Talk with other parents in the same boat.  Here, you'll find coaching, community, and tools to improve your communication and connection with your child.
